There is no defined work hours here at this organization it can go from any where from 12 hours (regular hours) to 15 16 hours a day. There is no work life balance as the senior members reside in US so that always setup work and meeting based on there time zone and on an average the consultant spend 12 hours a day and some times even like 14 or 16 hours at least once or twice a month.
