Salary is just below average from the standards. There is no work life balance as the senior members reside in US so that always setup work and meeting based on there time zone and on an average the consultant spend 12 hours a day and some times even like 14 or 16 hours at least once or twice a monthff5e4;">. Its been 4 year for me but I haven't seen single promotion</mark>. Since from Covid era they are struggling and struggling and even the salary hikes are very low considering the company profits year on year. There is no job security at all as they can just terminate you once the project is done. Skill development is a thing depending on you. There is no training or trainers available with this organization and even the Team leads and managers are not very much fond of helping newbie to get settle in. Culture wise there is no cultural values what so ever it is is there found in this organization. Its a very cheap mentality organization with no vision for future.
