Family company, so they'll count every dollar. You won't believe there's such company in Singapore. All the senior staffs are so unskilled, lack of general knowledge and old (reason of sustaining there). You'll never learn anything among them. All of them got no life out there so they staying there by washing the bosses head. Engineer never do engineering work. You'll see the true colour of boss and seniors after 2 weeks of starting the job. So disrespectful. Always under pressure. Shout at employee every 10 mins. Humiliate infront of everyone. Very dangerous waste chemical using this company bad environment Boss also not good (no lunch time no tea break) continues work (7.30 to 8.30) traveling daily 20 km traveling in bicycle company to room in overtime company no provide food. Management is very waste no provide safe gloves Boss are full time torturing the workers In this company doing all job ( cleaning, loading drum and unloading, dangerous waste manually open put in bucket In this company not secure boss will do anytime employer to terminate and back to India Last 2 month 4 Indian tamilnadu employer are terminated each person lost 4 lakh. Working time is high restless and machine work will do and company will expected that type of work. Tamil friends never go this company Trichy and Chennai have some agency to doing PCM permit to this company. 4.5 lakh it over this company this inverse amount is taking very risk suddenly boss will terminated and back to negative place...Read More
