After on boding not got much chance for client round and company told to give resign and i contact multiple to my reporting manager and other also but not assign any project so in short period i was again searching for job. There is not job security there and buddy are also not supporting also there.

I appreciate the inclusive approach of our seniors and superiors, as they offer opportunities to take leadership roles irrespective of the experience level one possesses. Also, we are given opportunities to explore different roles and responsibilities within the company. This is something that I haven’t experienced in my earlier employment. Glad to have it here.

It’s a fast-paced work environment with a hustle work culture. It;s a place where you can take on and learn lots of new things. There are the right challenges to work on and opportunities to scale up. People are open to hearing ideas and readily provide help and support for their implementation. It’s a progressive environment with no traditional mindset to hold you back. Work culture. I love it how the company cares for its employees. It isn't like going to work, it feels more like at-home. However, it was a lot better than it is now.
