Now it is now more corporation bank , as after merger it has become Union Bank of India wef 01.04.2020. During Covid -19 lockdown only support was as per Govt directives from time to time.

Dislikes

During last 5-6 years, the pressure on front line was increased may be due to some wrong decisions or policies of top management and upgradation of software

Minimal support from superiors as well as fellow colleagues. Poor postings, perks, poor work life balance due to pathetic HRD.

Very very hectic and over pressured with lack of sufficient staff strength.

The cordial environment and support system among the coworkers at the work place.

Dislikes

Lack of professionalism at Top and middle management resulting in lack of corporate vision. No recognition, incentive and recognition for staff with specialized skills viz credit, Forex, IT and risk management.
