I felt very secured during my time. There not single occasion I felt insecured. The working culture very good by very competitive management with right policies.

Dislikes

As an employee I disappointed about transfer policy. But while formulating policy they have their have their own admistrative issues.

It is PSU bank having a history of more than 100 years. The Bank has given me exposure 1. Marketing in handing in publicity & sales of banking products 2. Credit appraisal and monitoring in Retail lending & SME lending. 3. Exposure on handling branch independently as Branch Manager.

The Bank founded by noble person Mr. Haji Abdulla Saheb from Udupi. The Bank followed some of the principles adopted at the time of inception of the institution.

Dislikes

The Bank do not assess the staff on the basis of sincerety an=d hard work. The promotion and postings are mainly on the basis of pleasing the bossess or on the basis of luck. There are other ways of getting promotions. One way is growth in business either on your hard work or on your luck. The other way is your performance in promotion test, group discussion and interview. Many of the bosses never hesitate to punish the staff who are strait forward and honest. For information none of the above facilities are available in the Bank. I have worked in the Bank sincerely till my VRS. Inspite of bad treatment from the management I never went away from my principles and always worked for betterment of institution.
