Good Appraisal. Good food (not so good). Sometimes flexible if need to work remotely (Depends on manager and lead). Festival feels kinda good here.

It all depends on the manager and lead, they always asking and forcing to extend working hours and working on Saturday and Sunday unnecessarily, treats like school, micro management, and HR never listens as they are not worthy to discuss the problems with, Your personal life is an interesting topic to all the employees than their own. Dead technology with inhouse tools

Bond of 3 years for freshers, old technologies, toxic work culture, work doesn't require engineering skills - 10th pass student can also do the same work, in house tools used, here you will be surrounded by dumb people and that will make you even more dumb.
