It all depends on the manager and lead, they always asking and forcing to extend working hours and working on Saturday and Sunday unnecessarily, treats like school, micro management, and HR never listens as they are not worthy to discuss the problems with, Your personal life is an interesting topic to all the employees than their own. Work life balance is not good, strict timing, salary cut on small mistakes. Don't join this company all five star review are fake. They Taurcher you when you resign by giving you more work and make you work long haurs. Specifically DotNet team. Manager named as RajKishor Rawat he is doing micro management. He don't know anything about programming and coding but still become a manager don't know how. He is very negative person and creates bad environment by poking you on every minute. If you go early, come little late, take emergency leave what not he will cut your salary. I know many colleagues who are suffering here and trying their best to switch to other organization. The core of corecard is not in alignment with define IT process, worst than govt company ethics. No motivation nor any training certification, micro management, "Naukarshahi" and full Babu culture, say 'Sir' to everyone no can't talk on first name basis, backbiting to it's extent my higher management.

-not good for experience peoples. -it is good for only from Bhopal if your from other state then mentally torture you. -worst HR management. -more internal politics -if your freshers then it goods. -you have to work more than 10 Hrs day even they call on your week off day. You have more option than this.
