Alright i'm gonna be super honest here, job security is still something one might get while you work there but dear candidates, you will be working in their own personal hell. The environment is horrific, with the management trying to squeeze out life out of your cheerful soul. Making your life as much anxious and panicked filled asthey can is their own personal forte. I worked there for one whole year, and i was always eager to count the rest of my days left as per the 1 year of bond they made me sign. Even today, i get nightmares or daymares (flashbacks) of that place, and it brings back panic, anxiety and what not. Apart from that, i might singularly be the one to have experienced an extreme sort of toxicity from their end as it was my first job and i'm an anxious kid. As far as knowledge and skills are concerned if you are a commerce student and want to start with a management skill based job then you can work with them. Despite all the horrors i went through, they did disciplined me for my future job opportunities and an endless patience for working in corporate. Everything. They can actually improve a lot about their company since my numerous collegues loved their project cycle and planning but they hated the environment and the strictness. Maybe if they'll work on that, the company might start receiving positive feedback from the employees.

The work life balance is more unstable than the website you need to access at the time of your results (Especially if you are from DU, you might know what i am talking about). They are completely alien about the policies which are in favour of employees.

I joined Coral Knowledge Services as a fresher and in my tenure of 3 years, I have been provided with many opportunities for learning and growth. Team members and senior management is very supportive and encouraging. Salary gets paid on time every month.
