I have gained a lot of good professional experience in Emerson. No work pressure and apart from your work, they will provide chance to gain exp in other fields too. They won't kill your passion :) I am lucky being part of Emerson from Day 1 of my Professional Career. Best organisation for FEMALES to work.

Dislikes

I didn't face any challenges while working here except working in night shifts. Though it is from home for females, but health is the utmost sufferer of it.

Work Details

My work here is exciting sometimes and bore other times too. Mix and match of opportunities do come.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
