Good learning environment if you're a fresher.

Dislikes

Less opportunity to grow your skills. More Politics and No trainings/reimbursements to upgrade your skills. No Promotions even if you work on week offs. No Transparency between employee and management. No Equality as you have to be Managers favorite to get good projects to work on. No Work-Life balance. If you're hired on contract basis then no job security. WFH policy is a myth here.

You will get a lot of time to family and will have a less opportunity to upgrade yourself and there are no chance to move to other team to get more knowledge or improve your skills....

No job security , no career growth, a lot of politics, they will stop your innovative ideas, you will be degraded in technology, you will get a lot of time to your family, teammates are mixed in nature, a lot of politics and it is impacting lower level also, treating employee like a 4th class lobour and showing on face that they are very caring, there is no ethics and whatever they are showing to apart centre all are manipulated data...it is good company if you are having your known manager, As there are a lot of favouritism....Read More
