commit to long working hours managers act as bosses not as Leaders. seldom understand the concerns of employee. new opportunities are avoided. skills aren't upgraded ever in the name of cost cutting. actually they fear that resource will go to another employer if trained.have to be managers favourite if you want growth regardless if you are good or bad in your work

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
