Daily roaster changes week on week basis , no flexibility in working hours , you have to justify your 8.5 hrs of work, there is no fixed days off , nether there is any preference for the shift timing, you have to work according to roaster made

They dont care about workers well being. Workers get sent home for system issues without pay its not even our fault .Communication is lacking from Hr right down to management Needs to do better . The department which is a phone company that starts with a V has 2 managers name starting with T are extremely viscous just like the snake in the garden of Eden .
