Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Good infrastructure. Good job security. Work life balance is good . Good opportunity to collaborate with overseas customers and colleagues.

Remuneration and employees retention policies are poor when compared to other industry standards. No policies which are beneficial for mid level management employees. Manager and above have fairly good remuneration and eligible policies.
