Company good but if your going for Radar testing don't goo under mamata Krishnamurthy team, she is horrible and not a good manager talks all about personal things ,if you raise a voice also nobody will listen HR team also supports her since she is staying there for 10+ years,other teams are good she is the blackspot for continental,

I work in smart mobility as Cloud Developer. I have been in this company for close to 1.5 years. I regret joining this team in Bangalore. Most of the teams under this SMY division in Bangalore is very poor. This place is suitable if you are in the experience level is up to 3 experience. If you are more than 5 years experienced please don't join for any of the teams as Java Developer. Ideally you should not be spending more than 2 years here. Company is good unfortunately teams are very bad. Poor Hiring policies. Leads and Architect PLEASE Avoid joining this place, I have seen manager taking review of colleagues with 6 to 7 years experience from 3 year junior ? Politics at highest level in most of the teams. None of the teams are good here. If you are coming from good technical place or good engineering company avoid joining this place. Mangers will be good in the beginning this is just to retain candidates because they might scout for another job with in the month of joining. Once market recovers they will have to start recruiting candidates again as most of them are looking for new opportunities already and most folks have not completed 2 years yet. People are mostly from one region of South Indian community creating enough chaos and groupism among themselves<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Talents here are not that great with extremely poor communication skills</mark>.
