1. Poor culture and management in local India tires organization. 2. No work ethics and company driven by whims and fancies of MD. 3. Full of mediocrity across functions. Worklife balance is something which you need to ignore if you are working in sales/marketing in this company. Hierarchy is very small so opportunity for career growth is limited. A lot depends on your reporting manager he can either make or break your life at conti as the higher authorities solely depends on their feedback

As a sales employee we get a assigned area which is minimum 7-8 districts, We need to work on existing channel and attach new ones. No one reports to you untill you are minimum at Zonal sales manager role. Everything at field/ channel depends on you .
