Initially extremely good company to work but since New MD has come. He make the entire environment polluted. He elevate those employees who always say yes to him. Screwed the entire reputation in market and also amoung the employee. Company can do much better if this management will change. He spends huge in his personal branding. No team given to ASM, you will be an individual contributor. The products are good but because of premium pricing and lack of brand awareness very difficult to sell. One month policy will be something and other month policy will something else for channel partners. If your reporting manager/Zonal manager is bad then you will go through hell in the company. HR is for namesake they don't help. Area given for an ASM is huge so no work life balance. Saturday is working for field sales/ASM, HO people enjoy leaves on Saturday. Good Corporate culture is only present in Germany ( Conti HO ) i guess. No growth prospect as they say they are a flat organization. People here are on the same level for past 10 years....Read More

Dislikes

There is no career growth in this company and you may get retirement at the same level. Very flat hierarchy in sales function. No German culture for field team. But Head office guys are enjoying MNCs culture like 5 days working and duty off at 6pm.

One of the best company to work with in Tire trade, Limited strength of work force in sales though,HR policies are great and has open culture thoroughout the hierarchy

Dislikes

Worklife balance is something which you need to ignore if you are working in sales/marketing in this company. Hierarchy is very small so opportunity for career growth is limited. A lot depends on your reporting manager he can either make or break your life at conti as the higher authorities solely depends on their feedback

As a sales employee we get a assigned area which is minimum 7-8 districts, We need to work on existing channel and attach new ones. No one reports to you untill you are minimum at Zonal sales manager role. Everything at field/ channel depends on you .
