They are good at paying." I was previously associated with Heptagon Technologies, which has recently merged with Conneqt, both of which are part of the Quess Corp ecosystem. As a result of some business decisions, Heptagon was merged into Conneqt. Please note that Conneqt Digital (not Conneqt Business Solutions) offers decent compensation.

"They are more focused on high-level projects and are highly frugal. They do not invest in marketing and instead rely on free tools to generate significant business revenue. Their priority is generating revenue, rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. While they have team members who are industry experts, they struggle to secure deals."

Don't join this company as they don't have any projects and they fires their employees once every 3 months. This is the condition of Technical team I am talking about. They don't have any projects. You'll be on bench for most of the time and they'll fire you after 2-3 months after joining.
