There is nothing to like. Company is fraud.

I was told I'll be paid x amount in offer letter, after working for a month when i check my pay slip amount is way much lesser than amount mentioned in offer letter. I've complained alot about this to each and every senior by meeting them personally all they do is fake promises. If company is so bad at managing a basic thing for employees thats salary. What more can we expect? Also we were told there will be no deduction in terms of insurance policy, even then that is been deducted. Salary is not paid on time & amount is also different. Worst company ever worked for. Senior says little portion of our salary comes from govt side. Is company already in loss? Is conneqt subsidized by govt? Who knows ? In my review never work for such a company and abscond. Atleast 10 people in this company abscond on every monthly basis....Read More

Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. Also they didn't gave my stipend and makes me fool like we will adjust in salary payroll next month next month and next month....Read More

Ac temperature every body managed on own whether you are feeling good or not

Very terrible experience, it is sales more than customer service, they do not care about customer, they open their account without telling them charges. If you do not complete your sales target they will not let you go home, salary is on hold if you take leave of one day they will cancel your week off, they said there hospital is there you have to come to office even if you are serious.. they offered salary 19k but not going to give that much , insurance amount you have to pay from your salary, these things were not tell by them in interview, they told us you will be on bank pay roll in few years but public working since 3-4 years, thane...Read More

Sallery on time. Good client incentive plan. But management was expected more from associate.

Dislikes

One of the wrost company. Priviusally it was TBSSL and Serwizol. Management too much pressure on Associate to complete the target. Pressure them on unithical practices. No work life balance. Highly recommended do not join.
