The company policy is good they have certain policies for the employees which are beneficial

Dislikes

The company management is pathetic, you feel imbalanced work and personal life,they expect everything to be perfect from the agent but does not put even a step to understand them. The travel bus for pickup and drops is pathatic you have to wait in a queue for 1 hour sometimes other wise you have to wait 30min which was fixed. Peopleworking on Sunday had to do extra work whiles TLs enjoy their weekends. Salary is too low they prefer agents working with low salary if your login hours is not complete they deduct is from your salary we dot have extra incentive on our performance If you wish to leave the they pressure to work and then people have to run to save their mental health...Read More

I am really happy that I got selected at Conneqt. The work environment is really good. We have to attend 18 days training session before executing our actual work on floors, this makes us habitual of the work we will be doing in the upcoming days. Thus resulting in good work quality. Parking facility is also nice. Security staff is also very helpfull. Overall a good experience one can expect after joining Conneqt....Read More

Dislikes

The only downside I felt is the cafeteria which is at the basement should have atleast a wash basin to wah the hands. For that if one has to wash his/her hands he/she has to go all the way outside and wash the hands at other canteen.

It is an IT Park where many companies are under one roof. It has parking facilities for two wheeler and four wheeler also. Security is also good. It has good auspicious space in front of the building. It also has common cafeteria. State Transport Bus stand is also opposite to it.
