I was process trainer...lot of Hindu - Muslim partiality from client end which is agreed by tata such a shame even HR are not aware (Lodha) process would not recommend to any one to work with such company

There is lot of competition which would keep you on your toes, eventually making you learn lot of things.

Dislikes

There are lot of management issues. If you are good at buttering your boss, you will grow. If you are hardworking person, the managers will never give you recognition and demotivate you just because you are not buttering him.

Work Details

Mix of good and bad. Got to learn many things and enhance my skills. However since buttering was not my skill set, it always backfired in one way or other. Training mgr Varun nair was one of the worst person you can come across while working.
