I really dislike the woshroom I don't like the security management I don't like the floor management air conditioner is not working on floor useing fan and from the salary cutting the amount as a house rent but we are using fan and the salary growth is vry poor...

I only liked location of company and nothing else.

I didn't liked company environment, team managers. No hygiene in cafeteria, no hygiene on floors, in restrooms. Lot of politics and favoritism is there. Salary is also very less. As compare to salary work pressure is too much. Mental extortion is there. Don't provide proper training. There are no policies for employees. Don't respect employees. Don't have respect for hardwork. If any issue raised by any employee regarding operations and management then company HR didn't respond properly, and team managers also targets that employee for raising the voice.The worst experience I have. The worst experience I have there. Team managers behave like they have bought us for this Job. They pressurize a lot to hard working employees. If we did not meet the target due to technical issue, then they blame us like anything. They are not supportive

It's an basic platform where we start our career. TL and management also supportive, lot of learning materials are here. For relaxation game's arranged.and it's average for salary hike and bonus every year.

Every place is included with politics so no excuse here also same thing. Salary not satisfied, in conneqt BSL. No growth rather you can raise your growth in another compny.
