No work life balance, any time job termination without strong reason, so. E time more than 12 hrs working, Any day week off, cannot do vacation planning with family last minute ask to work on week off also pathetic.

It's a mediocre company which completely rely on the other services based companies where they send their employees in contract basis, and you have to completely rely on your performance based on which company you were working to, so if they want to throw you out they can easily say you that your performance is not good as said by our client, and also sometimes salary also they will deduct for the variable pay and they won't give you back and no proper person to communicate to get relieving letter once you left the organization, they will give it only after 45 days after you left the organization, which is completely unfair for a person to search for another job....Read More

No appraisal,if you are at 1s grade then for promotion you have to wait 3 year and internal promotion is not possible because our manager does not support if any vacancy is there our manager will not inform us and if a employee is capable then also our manager will not support there is lack of support.and salary is not good as other company provide good salary and benefits to there employee.

I worked in the Canara Bank process at Conneqt Business Solutions, Kharadi , Pune. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. There is nothing to like much, however any freshers or people who come from villages for them to develop their basic BPO culture it is useful

HR( recruiting HR) they think about themselves as CEO's of the company their attitude and rudeness, they dont know anything apart from asking "Tell me something about yourself". They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years. It is full of domestic process, so dont expect to improve your communications skills, infact you will lose your skills. its best to work for six months and gain basic BPO skills and go away....Read More
