it is one of the worst company. no professional life. one person called siva kumar asking money from employess and he is assistant manager. no security for employees, disrespectful and no compensation hike for all employees who were joined since 3 years ago.

Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.

Basic facilities are lacking here, there's no cafeteria, the water isn't clean, and the washrooms aren't cleaned either. Similarly, their service management is the same. They only listen to the client and fire any employee on the client;s command. There is a lot of politics here. In the accounts department, they hire people with a calling background, and if those people make a mistake, they fire them. They make wrong hires themselves and the employees suffer.
