I worked in the Canara Bank process at Conneqt Business Solutions, Kharadi , Pune. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. Hi guys please read this before you join this organisation i have joined this organisation in my past i joined as a fresher in this company in a "TITAN PROCESS" first they give you training after that in my OGT period i have not cleared my certification in first time and second time i was trying and giving my 100% to company the quality analyst and team leader is listening my calls and making fun of that i was listening all those things behind the desk the tl and was not knowing that I'm listening i feel demotivate on this the floor manager don't know what's going on floor and in starting tl start giving you a work pressure also i was about to inform the manager but i thought it will negative impact for my collicks so that the reason I left this company after that they abscond me ""THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING THIS ORGANISATION IT'S ALL ABOUT YOUR CAREER"" this was my worst experience in my life...Read More

It was not a good experience, I'll prefer not to join this company again. So much favouritism thay don't allow leaves even if we have it in our bucket. No scope for appraisal, people are getting 50 rs appraisal.

Working at Q connect has severe issue including lack of growth opportunity a poor management know work live balance low model and under appreciations real talent is often side blind due to political man new wearing and mental harassment with in effective management further compounding the problems

Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.

I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others. Nothing much to like. Post equiring from TATAs the corporate culture was totally lost.Just for sake share price game there was a merger and with in short span of time got demerged, totally clueless. In this process many jobs got effected which management is least bothered the leadership just need their target,topline and incentives. The leadership in the organisation are just spineless and parasites depends on middle and down the line team members efforts and just spending time in the organisation for decades together they never bother advocate for their team effort and recognise. The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.
