I worked in the Canara Bank process at Conneqt Business Solutions, Kharadi , Pune. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. Company makes fool to all employees. They deduct unnecessary charges from our salary . They deduct Medical charges from my salary every month and mentioned wrong name wrong DOB in documents also makes me fool from 1st month that we have post your details to HR to Medical department extra extra till end the issue is not resolved. Need to improve in Appraisals, Employee salary increment should be done, help in employment for position, restrooms' should be improved with good hygienic , and cafeteria staff should be changed , food is not well cooked , no neatness and no hygienic is followed . girls should get 1 way cab facility . rest all everything is good , need to improve the above mentioned statement.

Very terrible experience, it is sales more than customer service, they do not care about customer, they open their account without telling them charges. If you do not complete your sales target they will not let you go home, salary is on hold if you take leave of one day they will cancel your week off, they said there hospital is there you have to come to office even if you are serious.. they offered salary 19k but not going to give that much , insurance amount you have to pay from your salary, these things were not tell by them in interview, they told us you will be on bank pay roll in few years but public working since 3-4 years, thane...Read More

Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.

Basic facilities are lacking here, there's no cafeteria, the water isn't clean, and the washrooms aren't cleaned either. Similarly, their service management is the same. They only listen to the client and fire any employee on the client;s command. There is a lot of politics here. In the accounts department, they hire people with a calling background, and if those people make a mistake, they fire them. They make wrong hires themselves and the employees suffer.
