yes, telling about the positive side there are no work pressure in the starting as for i was working in ubi process and for me my tl was good in speaking , behavior and he was very calm ,then he supports me with my problems and that was the good side of the company

talking about the dislikes there are many of the topics like the qualities and some of the TL'S behavior are not good they even don't to talk calmly some of them are don't even have the product knowledge and then came to the manager the manger were also the same then the process dont have technologies like they don't have good kind of pc's , headphones sometimes the pc gets slow in the middle of the call and gets shutdown , then came to the clint visiting they down the server because of the client didn't get to know that how the executives taking the calls ,there are lots of things to write down and lots of dislikes i have the bad experience in that company and the last thing is they don't gave you the holidays even if you have the leaves...Read More
