Basic facilities are lacking here, there's no cafeteria, the water isn't clean, and the washrooms aren't cleaned either. Similarly, their service management is the same. They only listen to the client and fire any employee on the client;s command. There is a lot of politics here. In the accounts department, they hire people with a calling background, and if those people make a mistake, they fire them. They make wrong hires themselves and the employees suffer. I worked in the Canara Bank process at Conneqt Business Solutions, Kharadi , Pune. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. The company provides no salary increment nothing in the span of 3 years they have not increased a single penny, People who are kn the higher positions doesn't like to push the lower cadre to next level. And keep them deprived into the same space. I would not recommend at all to any one who wants to join this company. Work environment is he'll.

It was not a good experience, I'll prefer not to join this company again. So much favouritism thay don't allow leaves even if we have it in our bucket. No scope for appraisal, people are getting 50 rs appraisal.

Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.
