Company hr policy is not followed. No incentive and no holiday pays. Insecurity in job. Full of politics in management

Management do partiality in giving position they ask for return favour like money, party. Manager Santosh salve, chittaranjan k, k. Sashi in non voice process. No leave, no holiday pays, no bonuses, fresh agent get higher package than old agent. Work on illness. Will not give reliving letter , FNF settlement.

Where Do I start, Salary !. Its Bad. If You are in Operations. Its really bad. Tbh i've got very good appraisal but my salary was so low that even after getting it, it was not enough. And to get that much of appraisal. You got to have Good relation with your client and for that You have to work like you dont have any family. Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.

Basic facilities are lacking here, there's no cafeteria, the water isn't clean, and the washrooms aren't cleaned either. Similarly, their service management is the same. They only listen to the client and fire any employee on the client;s command. There is a lot of politics here. In the accounts department, they hire people with a calling background, and if those people make a mistake, they fire them. They make wrong hires themselves and the employees suffer.
