Hire and fire. Simply HR will call and resignations starts. No proper justifications for termination. They will fire most of the people within 3 to 6 months. They fired 150 members at once without any notice.. HR will say we don't have budget to provide salary. They will not give any bench policy.. Simply fire an employee after one project completed.

Conneqt is very good company for all employees. Company paying salary on time , there is no issue regarding anything. It's very best company for improving the skill, and it's very fantastic company for work because they will hire and they will provide good training so that freshers also can work easily.

There is no negative things in conneqt. Because I have already worked with it and after resignation, I again joined conneqt business solution and I'm currently working so I know very well about it.

Basic facilities are lacking here, there's no cafeteria, the water isn't clean, and the washrooms aren't cleaned either. Similarly, their service management is the same. They only listen to the client and fire any employee on the client;s command. There is a lot of politics here. In the accounts department, they hire people with a calling background, and if those people make a mistake, they fire them. They make wrong hires themselves and the employees suffer. I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others.
