Rude seniors. Some of them who are indirectly linked to this organisation are doing nothing but taking credit of their subordinates work. They hardly give you credit and acknowledgement of your work. Infact, other employees to whom you don't even have to report try to treat you like their personal servant and give their work to you. I have heard a lot of negative gossiping taking place here especially a woman named Anjali who foul mouths about you behind your back. Such people create a very toxic environment within a company. Their should be a HR- employee relationship focus so that such matters could be discussed<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. At CII, perfection in work is always expected and hence one raises the standard of his work accordingly. People management is very essential as you interact with external stakeholders like Senior management of various corporates.

Dislikes

What I disliked in CII was the negative environment in which I worked. Colleagues gossip a lot and this is very irritating. Also career growth is very slow. I have been working in CII since 21 August 2013 and I have not been promoted even once which is very disheartening.

Work Details

Work is not very hectic but there is constant pressure to bring revenue to the organisation especially through sponsorship of events. Work also gets boring because it becomes monotonous, when one event is completed the next one is given to us.
