Mainly one things that makes me uncomfortable is about dress code which is good for their organisation but I don’t feel like to go in Indian wear all the time.

I really enjoyed every single day in CII. Everyday is a new learning for me and helps me in my work that how to do it in a better way. I felt more responsible and mainly I know the value of money.

Rude seniors. Some of them who are indirectly linked to this organisation are doing nothing but taking credit of their subordinates work. They hardly give you credit and acknowledgement of your work. Infact, other employees to whom you don't even have to report try to treat you like their personal servant and give their work to you. I have heard a lot of negative gossiping taking place here especially a woman named Anjali who foul mouths about you behind your back. Such people create a very toxic environment within a company. Their should be a HR- employee relationship focus so that such matters could be discussed. Overall it's a good organization to work at because of its strong visionary leadership and recognition for the projects they do. No work life balance. No recognition for your hard work. Everyone from the senior most to the junior staff doing the same thing. No growth withing the organization however building good contacts may get you an even better job outside.
