Comparison b/w employees, office politics, favourism, veteran are ill treated, manager's speaks as though they are paying salaries from their pockets, company thinks employees who are there in the system for long, as burden and try to lower the morale so they quit the job. Without performing will any company allow an employee stay for long, but here if due to some reason your performance dips they don't try to check and help they start comparing with others who have newly joined. I got promoted as a QA then I got health issue when I came back I had too give interview for another process. I worked here for almost 5 years and I want to work forever in CONCENTRIX. But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years. salary is good & based on your capabilities you will get promotion for sure..job security is the USP of Concentrix(Disclaimer- seriously Non-compliance will not entered).. you have ample amount of courses to develop your self..Management is good(may be the process client is not good hence sometime Management got slightly hash)

It's a never ending useless career where you expect to be promoted but when you see people who are already working on the same position from past 10 years you get your answer however if you are good to turn around and butter you may get promoted within 3 years
