I got promoted as a QA then I got health issue when I came back I had too give interview for another process. I worked here for almost 5 years and I want to work forever in CONCENTRIX. But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years. Great Visionary from Top management… Great place to work .. Company which does many CSR activities with out any expectations.. Out standing help and support given to employees and Society in COVID. But very sad to say new Mid management is very bad not aligned with company culture.. No ethics No culture… their vision is to show power. There is lots of politics in the office and the worst part is my Associate director and HR Manager flirts with the advisors everytime they visit on the production floor...Some girls uses this as a power that I know this person and that,etc...We work in this kind of environment in Birla Paints process...

If someone delivery his basic KRA his or her job is secure. No problem with work, we are ask to deliver a reasonable target but there are some issue with C sat rating because of company policy we get dsat by customer.

I don't like working in grave yard shift which start at 1:00 am and ensure at 9:30 am.

poor managerment favourtism culture less salary people who can work more given more work and extending shifts no credit no salary hike. no promotions until the person who is more senior (age) is working in same band level gets promoted job security is only for the people who are favourite and can do personal work for the management
