This is my experience, can't say for every project or manager. 1) Before I was leading, the organization we are forced to work 14 to 16 hours a day and almost every weekend for 4 months. Few worst things I can't disclose in here. 2) leave policy is worst. 3) there are management decision from pk side, its all client management(timings etc)

Preference will be given to only new employees who join. They will not care about employees who has long term association with the company. There will be no hikes for existing employees. Team lead pkg will be less than the SSE if he joins from another company.
