I joined as a fresher so got reasonable salary. There are also allowance and incentives. Overall company working culture is very good. One of the most employee centring company. Comparison b/w employees, office politics, favourism, veteran are ill treated, manager's speaks as though they are paying salaries from their pockets, company thinks employees who are there in the system for long, as burden and try to lower the morale so they quit the job.
