Appraisal are pathetic. Increment on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

Management in tier 2 cities is terrible. No respect for the juniors no understanding just work pressure. They treat you like servent even at TL level people are not spared.

Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

The company is not bad but the management is pathetic . The company suggests sleeping culture for promotion. The operation manager named nirmala says if you want to get anything give what's there between your legs . The culture is very rotten and the one who works are targeted for no reasons. For mens to get promotion, it's very easy by offering alcohol party to the team leaders and managers . I joined as a fresher so got reasonable salary. There are also allowance and incentives. Overall company working culture is very good. One of the most employee centring company. My supervisor are very co- operative, they always make me learn new things. If you want secured job please come to Concentrix.
