Worst! Worst! Worst! No job security, bad training system even trainers, worst manager i was working under 3 different managers and all were the evil literally. People also say shit about you for no reason, even if you not gave attention still they will do bitching about you. EVERYONE! SO WORST WORK CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT. specially in Comcast. They even forcefully push you to resign. The management did this, With two people. Only politics works there. No incentives. No leaves. The transport is the most shit thing they have no security for you vehicles, cab drivers damage the vehicles intentionally to satisfy their ego and company support them to save reputation. WFH for tenure employees. NOT for new joiners. No growth opportunity, have seen colleagues working for 4-5 years at the same position. 90 days notice period so that way you cannot find another job easily. Though you can but you know what I mean.

I have spent quite a long time in Concentrix so trust me I know better about the environment and the work culture. The moment you'll think that you're performing well, the reward you'll get is more work. They treat employees like a labour who will work for them for 10 hours straight and once you deny or stop performing well, be ready for special treatment, which is threatening. E-ticket process is worst of someone is joining i request them not to join e ticketing team because it's an endless work daily you have to work.. Even you can't go for break. And there will no team lunch and outing for e ticketing team.. Manager or tl will not support you... Please join to some other process or team except E-ticket team

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Cnx is not for those who want to get success or promotion by doing hard work. Cnx giving leverage to those who don't want to work. This type of culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. I got promoted as a QA then I got health issue when I came back I had too give interview for another process. I worked here for almost 5 years and I want to work forever in CONCENTRIX. But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years.
