Want to switch to MNC...need help

Hi, need help.currently I am employed with Axis Bank. I am an ex Citibanker. I am not liking the axis Bank culture at all..kindly advise how to switch from a bank to MNC companies...I don't have contacts and want to make my career in MNC company. Current package is 14.4 additionally bonus and all contributes to overall package to 17.3. Can anybody help me getting a job in company like Genpact, concentrix etc.

Except for the process training and the training team batch Nothing Else really is good about the company

Everything is sk manipulative here. The people on the floor so incorrect sales. Hiring is pathetic.. people hired don't know basic work concepts and can't even speak English.. communication is a big dissatisfaction here.... Management is supportive of incorrect sales to customers to manage incentives and revenue of the site

Unable to spend with family and if you work continously then they will give you bundle of work. Not providing learning opportunity for new staff. Not hire the new support staff with in timeline due to pressure is going on the Tenured Team. Management is not calculative when underpressure.
