I got promoted as a QA then I got health issue when I came back I had too give interview for another process. I worked here for almost 5 years and I want to work forever in CONCENTRIX. But they are now offering interview to re-select again as a Quality Evaluator, and always says current we are not hiring for QA. They should hire me directly as I gave almost 5 years. Great Visionary from Top management… Great place to work .. Company which does many CSR activities with out any expectations.. Out standing help and support given to employees and Society in COVID. But very sad to say new Mid management is very bad not aligned with company culture.. No ethics No culture… their vision is to show power. Concentrix is a best company for the freshers. They will get a lot of learning about how corporate works, but do not stay here for too long. If you are looking for position only, then you can stay, here you will get a lot of opportunities to grow your career, but if you have money in your mind as well, then Switching after 2 years is must.
