A few people were nice..like SukhAmrit Sir, Shadab Alam Sir. I liked their behavior towards employees. Unfortunately one resigned shortly…and during my final months in the company, I including my whole team was transferred to another process, so lost second nice person as well :) and my supervisor also then resigned.. Bad Management, bad Cafeteria food, No recognition/ value to even excellent employees, no work-life balance, bad salary, TLs, Sups, QAs, Compliance.. no one is ever on the same path. If there’s one question, they all would have different answers and the associate suffers cos of this. They just want you to perform excellent, but theywill never be able to tell you how!
