The overall experience was good. My seniors, Supervisors and other colleagues were very supportive. The company policies are to be accepted as it common in many of the companies. I love the fact that I am a part of the organization. Added, my colleagues are from pan India so I feel great working with the citizens of India from different states and we work together happily. #oneindia #onenation

Everyone work for money i.e., no one works for charity. The work pressure is high. Compensation is decent but growth is very slow. Managers & TL do not value an individuals' unique strengths & weakness, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Nothing to speak about the salary part.
