It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Good for beginners, they are providing work from home and hybrid system based on clients. Salary issue is not there.

It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.

For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. I joined as a fresher so got reasonable salary. There are also allowance and incentives. Overall company working culture is very good. One of the most employee centring company. Comparison b/w employees, office politics, favourism, veteran are ill treated, manager's speaks as though they are paying salaries from their pockets, company thinks employees who are there in the system for long, as burden and try to lower the morale so they quit the job.
