Once you have delivered what was required, you are not required anymore - transition from being an asset to liability is so quick, it can deter your confidence. Financial limitations are so strict that an onsite travel may end up from your own pocket. There is no respect for global benchmarks like Six Sigma and PMP - leadership are terribly so centered on call-center principles, they simply do not understand today's benchmarks.
