Zero work life balance Managers are not cooperating. They will get on your nerves just to take out sales from you. Favouritism at its peak. You'll have to be a suck up to get promotions.

There is lots of politics in the office and the worst part is my Associate director and HR Manager flirts with the advisors everytime they visit on the production floor...Some girls uses this as a power that I know this person and that,etc...We work in this kind of environment in Birla Paints process...

If someone delivery his basic KRA his or her job is secure. No problem with work, we are ask to deliver a reasonable target but there are some issue with C sat rating because of company policy we get dsat by customer.

Dislikes

I don't like working in grave yard shift which start at 1:00 am and ensure at 9:30 am.

Work culture, toxic management, one of the TL slapped his girlfriend in the cafeteria still working in the organisation. They pin point a particular employee who are vocal about the Toxic work culture and push all their possible buttons of that employee until they leave. The shift is totally biased, one person is doing midnight for a month then another doing morning for months…

I joined as a fresher so got reasonable salary. There are also allowance and incentives. Overall company working culture is very good. One of the most employee centring company. My supervisor are very co- operative, they always make me learn new things. If you want secured job please come to Concentrix.

Comparison b/w employees, office politics, favourism, veteran are ill treated, manager's speaks as though they are paying salaries from their pockets, company thinks employees who are there in the system for long, as burden and try to lower the morale so they quit the job. Domestic side of things is in complete mess. I was working in Brookfield location, Director Mr Nandy, a very very selfish man, not a leader definitely. People are quitting because of his autocratic ways of working. Needs to learn to groom people and not shout at them. Plus, poor HR leadership at this site.
