Appraisals & promotion happens very rare, concentrix prefers hiring external prospects with high salary package but they don't increase salaries of their tenure employee's.

Management in tier 2 cities is terrible. No respect for the juniors no understanding just work pressure. They treat you like servent even at TL level people are not spared.

Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

-No clear information from HR regarding salaries and other stuff. -Irrelevant deduction in salaries. -No learning and No improvement in skills. -Politics and Favourtism by upper management. -Sugar daddy Culture by higher authorities like Team leader ,Operation managers and above. -No promotions and appraisals.

It's a never ending useless career where you expect to be promoted but when you see people who are already working on the same position from past 10 years you get your answer however if you are good to turn around and butter you may get promoted within 3 years

Just a modern day digital labour that is you get paid like a real labour who is just working on a computer and the best part is they make more than you will.

New rules and regulations, the salary increment, the new operation manager for pune nad gurgaon location never takes decisions for employees, it feels like you are working in BPO. No scope of promotion removing designation.and incentive program as well. Political environment.
