Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

Your job is secure in most of the process. Also it is good option to start the career but one should switch after 1 year of experience because salary hike is negligible.

Dislikes

Promotions are good but your manager can deny to release you. Salaries are not good. My manager tries to run it like a domestic BPO and behaves like we are nothing. He forgets we are also at Sr. QA level. Such poor management.

Job security is very high until and unless you're doing something with very high severity they will not throw you out of the company. They keep their employees with themselves. Work culture is extremely good and it's also depends upon your behaviour. Salary is also good with compare to the other companies.

I was assuming that this company is MNC and must have the same standards but it is also full of politics and job security is also not good, you will be in process till their requirements(peak season) after that they will force you to resign!!!

Appraisal are pathetic. Increment on promotion are pathetic as well. They are miser when it comes to money. They need everything but don't want to pay.

A process was ramped down, so CNX arranged an interview for me in another process where I got selected. However, CNX still asked me to provide a reason. They conducted interviews multiple times, but none of the processes actually needed employees. The interviews were just a formality, and I was not given a joining in any process. I am not satisfied.

While choosing your process please do not make an urgency , I worked in comcast (fenwick or convergy's) process where they took me telling it's upselling and forced to make sales and also they have targets to achieve and i feel this is not a good process

Nothing is there to like. only you will get the salary on time.

Dislikes

During the hiring process, promises were made that were not kept. The salary is insufficient for the workload, and there is no clear future growth within the company. If you stand up for your rights against management, they will often create problems for you, harassing or even blackmailing you. In the end, you either have to resign or be terminated. There is no job security here.
