I don't like anything about concentrix.

The company is not bad but the management is pathetic . The company suggests sleeping culture for promotion. The operation manager named nirmala says if you want to get anything give what's there between your legs . The culture is very rotten and the one who works are targeted for no reasons. For mens to get promotion, it's very easy by offering alcohol party to the team leaders and managers . Behaviour of management staff. Long working hours Lunch and breaks are not in our control. Every second of the watch is a labour. I have got mental stress and devastating brain and physical health after working here.

I joined as a fresher so got reasonable salary. There are also allowance and incentives. Overall company working culture is very good. One of the most employee centring company. My supervisor are very co- operative, they always make me learn new things. If you want secured job please come to Concentrix.

Company is best but the location is not good .there is no any opportunity of growth no learnings...you will not get the opportunities to showcase your skills if you will not please your upline.but not all locations is like this previous location was awesome if I get chance to move back will surely accept.

Comparison b/w employees, office politics, favourism, veteran are ill treated, manager's speaks as though they are paying salaries from their pockets, company thinks employees who are there in the system for long, as burden and try to lower the morale so they quit the job. Without performing will any company allow an employee stay for long, but here if due to some reason your performance dips they don't try to check and help they start comparing with others who have newly joined.
