Concentrix was a great company to work with, great management and leaders They provide 100% job security, even at the time of business rampdown they provided employment to everyone not a single person was asked to resign.

Salary, only reason why I resigned from the job was the salary, the salary that they are offering at Ranchi location is very less. I worked there for around 3 years starting salary was 10000 and after 3 years the increment that they made was us just 4000 In which even I promoted once.

It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

I was assuming that this company is MNC and must have the same standards but it is also full of politics and job security is also not good, you will be in process till their requirements(peak season) after that they will force you to resign!!!

Working culture, promotion, negligible hike , they are not focusing on quality of work instead they are focusing on how much time you are sitting on your chair, which makes all the environment toxic. If we are working on holidays they are giving compoff, which is unacceptable as i have enough leaves already

The company is not bad but the management is pathetic . The company suggests sleeping culture for promotion. The operation manager named nirmala says if you want to get anything give what's there between your legs . The culture is very rotten and the one who works are targeted for no reasons. For mens to get promotion, it's very easy by offering alcohol party to the team leaders and managers . I joined as a fresher so got reasonable salary. There are also allowance and incentives. Overall company working culture is very good. One of the most employee centring company. Comparison b/w employees, office politics, favourism, veteran are ill treated, manager's speaks as though they are paying salaries from their pockets, company thinks employees who are there in the system for long, as burden and try to lower the morale so they quit the job.
