There is nothing to like about this shitiest company. Yes it is TRUE that they provide you job very easily. So one looking for job can apply here but while working their is nothing to like.

No work life balance. No public holidays given. TL will ask you to come to work on festive holidays for extra pay I.e 800rs only depending upon your salary. No cooperation from higher management. They will ask you anytime to extend your shift. 9.5hrs of shift in which 8.5hrs is for work and get 30mins lunch break and 15-15mins break. And if you exceed the break you will have to extend the shift. Shift timings. No productivity left in life. Very low salary. Only the higher management is happy in this job because there is nobody to monitor them. They can do whatever they want. Roam anywhere at anytime. Take half day and go for team party. It's a never ending useless career where you expect to be promoted but when you see people who are already working on the same position from past 10 years you get your answer however if you are good to turn around and butter you may get promoted within 3 years

The company is not bad but the management is pathetic . The company suggests sleeping culture for promotion. The operation manager named nirmala says if you want to get anything give what's there between your legs . The culture is very rotten and the one who works are targeted for no reasons.
